Our quality department provide First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) to the AS/SJAC/BS EN 9102:2015 aerospace standard. It has facilities to ensure that the very highest measurement accuracy is achieved by ensuring that the latest metrology equipment is used in conjunction with our manufacturing facilities. This equipment includes three of the very latest Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and a 3-axis non-contact video measuring machine. These provide high speed efficiency and accuracy, full CNC control & 3-D isometric views and the capability to produce Statistical Process Control (SPC) programs and print-outs.
